California Secured Investments, LLC is an entrepreuerial organization comprising a multifaceted array of businesses and industry sectors.  CSI, LLC operates as the "mother" company for its entrepreneurial adventures which includes real estate development, automobile care, wellness, and non-profit sectors.

At CSI, LLC, we believe our unique value is seeing what others do not see and having the courage to act upon we do see:  the Vision.   We are not fortune tellers, just a group founded on the fact that our business wasn't started with a pile of money and that we'd better get really good at approaching things differently.  And we've gotten pretty good at seeing what others may have overlooked and have taken for granted.

We just see industies, markets, products, comsumers and members differently. 

Our "what if" perspective allows us to marry “creative destruction” in new ways to solve old problems, systemic inefficiencies, and sluggish industries.

We recognize that great entrepreneurial opportunities come in a variety of packages – sometimes looking a bit different from the norm.  We like that.
